Meta’s Muse Spark is the headline product launch of the week, but the more important signal sits behind it. Meta says the model already powers the Meta AI app and website, with rollouts coming to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, and AI glasses in the coming weeks. That is not just a model release — it is a direct distribution play into products people already use every day.

The infrastructure layer tells the same story. On Thursday, CoreWeave said Meta expanded its long-term AI cloud agreement through December 2032 for approximately $21 billion, with deployments across multiple locations and some initial use of NVIDIA Vera Rubin systems. Days earlier, Anthropic said its new agreement with Google and Broadcom will bring multiple gigawatts of next-generation TPU capacity online starting in 2027, alongside run-rate revenue above $30 billion and more than 1,000 business customers spending over $1 million annually. The message is simple: frontier AI is now gated as much by capital access and compute supply as by model quality.

That changes what business leaders should watch next. The winners may not be the companies with the flashiest demo, but the ones that can combine model quality, workflow placement, enterprise distribution, and locked-in infrastructure.
